Vladimir has more than 25 years of experience in compliance, restructuring and M&A, support of large industrial “green field” projects, trade and financial transactions in Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific region, as well as representation of clients in Russian governmental authorities.
For the last 20 years prior to the creation of the firm, Vladimir was the Head of the Legal Department of the Russian division of the French group Societe BIC https://www.bicworld.com, the General Counsel for Eastern Europe of the multinational industrial group AGC https://www.agc.com, as well as the partner and the head of the Moscow office of “Ilyashev and Partners” law firm.
Vladimir graduated from the law faculty of Kemerovo State University, completed a professional internship at the “Gardere, Wynne, Sewell & Riggs” law firm (USA), studied business administration at IMD Business School (Switzerland) and Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School (Belgium), and was repeatedly recognized as a leading Russian lawyer in corporate law and dispute resolution according to the «Best Lawyers» rating.

Dmitry has unique practical experience, which he acquired over the years of work in Russian and international law firms, and in the State Corporation “Deposit Insurance Agency”, specializing in complex types of litigation. In 2018, Dmitry created and headed the Insolvency and Financial Restructuring Practice in the team of the Moscow office of “Ilyashev and Partners” law firm.
Dmitry's main projects include insolvency disputes, international litigations, and complex arbitration cases. Dmitry is a consultant and expert on Russian law in a number of large litigations taking place in Europe and the USA.
Dmitry is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science, Pericles ABLE Project and the Russian State University of Trade and Economics. He is a co-author of several books and the author of several dozen articles on legal topics, and has been repeatedly recognized by Pravo.ru, Best Lawyers, The Legal 500, and IFLR ratings.
2019 to 2022, he was the coordinator of INSOL Europe in Russia (European Association of Specialists in Insolvency and Restructuring).

Ruslan also advises on family and inheritance law issues divorce proceedings and international inheritance disputes.
